Lani:
Hello in this video, I am sharing my morning routine while I am in quarantine. But before I get started, hit the bell icon. Subscribe your ass to this channel because it’s bomb and hit the like button because it helps so much and we already know that the content coming out of my mouth is amazing.

Lani:
So the reason I’m sharing my morning routine while I’m in quarantine is because I know your ass is like you have so much more free time. The two biggest complaints and excuses I hear for women, why they can’t fully empower and change. The first one is, I don’t have enough time. So that excuse is out the damn window. Because I know your ass is in quarantine too. And obviously the second one is money. But I’ve done plenty of videos on money so you can go back and watch those.

Lani:
So here’s what’s so mind blowing, is you have more time than you’ve ever had in your whole life and you’re fucking scrolling on Instagram and on your phone and frying your brains. And I fully know, I can tell the moment that I’m on the electronics too much, my eyes can start getting a headache and my stomach hurts and I’m like, “Okay, yeah, that’s not going to work for me.” And I fully work online. I only work online. We have been online for two years. Every one of my clients is online. My people that want me to be their coach reach out to me online. So everything that I do is online. This isn’t just like, “Oh, this is the first time.” So I’ve had to put this in place before the quarantine. Your girl had to make some fucking rules for herself because if I didn’t have boundaries, if I didn’t have rules, if I didn’t have a solid ass morning routine, I would go cuckoo.

Lani:
It’s so gnarly. It is so bad for us. It sucks the life out of us. You know? Even though all my network is positive and everybody that I hang out with and work with is amazing. You would be so blown away and inspired. I guarantee you’d cry in the first three seconds if I let you come in one of my groups and feel the energy. I got goosebumps. And hear the love and the wins and the inspiration and these women are coming in with miracles and growing in gratitude and healing faster than they’ve ever done it before the virus. You would just be like, “Oh my God, this place exists.” It’s like, yeah bitch. It’s real. The energy is so amazing.

Lani:
So I would like to just stop the excuses of I don’t have time. And because right now it’s the best time for you to challenge yourself, learn, grow. I mean, there’s so much amazing content out there and you can be stretching yourself. It’s so crazy, to me it’s like, well actually Chris and I were just talking about this the other day. It’s like when you know, we’ll see two pregnant women and one of them is like, “Oh my God, I’m eating so healthy. This is a chance for me to just feed my beautiful baby and I’m eating healthier than I’ve ever eaten. I’m meditating more, I’m drinking more water, I’m glowing.” And she’s just like rising.

Lani:
And then another one’s like, “Oh, I’ve always wanted to eat donuts every day for breakfast and I’m fat and I don’t know why I’m gaining weight.” And it’s like they’re both in the same position, but one of them is looking at this as an opportunity and doing positive things and the other one is not. And so while we’re in quarantine, you can look at it either way. Like, “Oh, poor me, this is so miserable.” And you can just waste your time. Or we can actually, it’s a tool or a weapon is what I’m saying. What are you going to choose? Which one are we going to choose?

Lani:
So for my morning routine, the first thing I do, I’ve said this so many fucking times, if you haven’t listened to me, then you’re an idiot. Because it’s so crazy when women are like, “I want you have, you’re so rich.” I hear all the time when I get women coming into my higher tiered programs, I’m like, “Why are you making the jump from the first foundations program to the next one?” And they’re like, “Well, I’ve never met anybody as rich as you who has as much free time and is so balanced and happy.” Everyone that I meet that makes a lot of money is overwhelmed, miserable, sick. So it’s like, “Dude, I absolutely can have this incredible, amazing balance and it’s because I’m choosing to.” It’s not because like I listen to people that have what I want and I don’t do what they say.

Lani:
So the majority of the people want what I have, but they’re like, “Oh, but I don’t want to do what you do.” I’m like, “Well then you can’t fucking have what I have.” I work super hard and I’m super disciplined, but it’s also a muscle. So my willpower is on point. I can tell you these incredible tools and what my morning routine is, but I can’t come to your house and make you get up off your ass and jump in your soul and make you set your phone down. Or you know, “I don’t want to work out, I’m in quarantine.” I can’t get your ass off the damn couch and make you go for a run. You have to be able to do that.

Lani:
You have all of these incredible tools at your fingertips, but are you doing them? Because if you don’t have what you want and you’re miserable, I know you’re not. You can’t fake me. Can’t bullshit a bullshitter. I’m never going to feel sorry for you. “Oh, Lani, I want, I don’t know.” Well, okay. 80% of the day you’re just completely making excuses and you’re not willing to do any of the things that I’m willing to do. So no phone in the morning, dear God, do not go on your phone first thing in the morning. It has a negative effect. Let’s just not do it.

Lani:
So I wake up, I have a drink of room temperature water. I have a cup of apple cider vinegar and since we’ve been in quarantine, I have an apple because I love to get the fruits in and then heading outside for a run. You can walk. So I have clients who run in the snow. I will literally post a picture, we’ll dig one up there. My client running in the snow. So if Angel can run in the fucking snow, you can. And I’m in London right now. So in the mornings it’s like two degrees Celsius and you know my ass is a mermaid so it’s a little different for a mermaid to run in snow instead of swimming this tropical water. But I can do it and I swear that two degrees to me feels like negative … it’s two degrees to you and it feels like negative 50 to me. So no excuses. Get your ass out.

Lani:
Obviously I’m completely honoring social distancing, washing my hands. I’m honoring quarantine for sure. I’m not saying be a crazy person and don’t listen, but we can go outside. We’re allowed to go outside. So there’s that. I also, you can go back and forth and choose. I have some clients who like to get outside and run before they do their meditations. I can meditate before, it’s all good for me, but my meditations are nonnegotiable. And the reason they’re nonnegotiable, it’s so beautiful. I’ve talked to so many of my fr … I’ll message them and be like, “Every morning in my meditation I think of three of the most beautiful memories I’ve ever had.” It even makes me teary just thinking about it. That’s how much love I feel first thing in the morning, I’m crying right now. It’s so beautiful.

Lani:
So I set myself up, that’s how fast I can connect to so much love that it makes me cry, because I’m flooded with love. And I wasn’t always able to do that this fast. But because I train every morning, my body isn’t fucking amazing because I worked out once. My body is amazing because my body is my temple, my standards are so fucking high and I work out all the time. I’m not like breaking my neck. I love it. I love the challenge and I’m getting stronger. But I didn’t just work out once and then, “Oh check you out. Your girl has a sexy ass body, almost 39 years old.” Bitch please. I am committed, my discipline is on point. My willpower is on point. So my meditations are nonnegotiable and I’ve shared free meditations before.

Lani:
But the whole idea of a morning routine is to, I set myself up for the feelings and for the intention and for the specifics of how I want to feel, what I want to receive and who I want to be for the rest of the day. If I just woke up and was like, “Oh, Oh I’ll go on my phone. Oh that sucked. Oh news. Oh negativity and Oh yeah, I want to have a good day.” There’s no conviction. Where’s the program? Where is the clarity? Where’s the freaking, what are you going to fucking do to have a good day? I know exactly what I’m going to do. I know exactly how I want to feel, and I feel it by going to those three memories where I felt the most love ever, where I can just drop in and cry. I cry every morning with love because I’m so inspired. I feel so fucking grateful. I got myself crying again.

Lani:
I, goosebumps, yes, I am so trained, my spirituality, my heart, my soul is so on fucking point because I do this all day, every day that I can go to love any minute and it all starts from my morning routine. So I want you to tell me in the comments, what is one of the memories that makes you feel unconditionally loved that can think of and you’re just like, “Oh my God, I’m so loved. This is so amazing.” And I want you to write it in the comments because love attracts more love and we aren’t here to complain and focus on what we can’t do. We’re here to find best case scenario and control what we can control and focus on what we can do.

Lani:

You can’t even imagine that this exists. And I have extra time. Your girl has enough time, right? So I’m going to run them the way that I run my group healing sessions. I’m going to be sharing love and energy. I’m going to give you tools that you can use right now because I am in quarantine and I’m not saying that we need to act like that you can’t feel and be like, “Oh, I’m not scared.” Of course, right? It’s a natural, it’s human nature.

However, there are things that I can control and I do those things every day. I don’t go, “Oh, I should do this because I’ll feel better, but I’m not.” Get real sis.
