Hello. In this video today, I’m talking about how to reprogram your subconscious mind while you’re sleeping so you wake up feeling positive. But before we get started, don’t forget to subscribe. If you are new to my channel, I’m Lani and I’ve helped thousands of women all over the world reprogram their subconscious mind while they’re sleeping, I already have goosebumps, so they wake up feeling positive and they go actually from worst case scenario to best case scenario. So I get it. I used to wake up in the morning and before I was even awake, I would already start having anxiety. So I taught yoga in Bali. On the outside, it looked like I had this really fit, strong, amazing body, and I’d wake up and before I even opened my eyes, it was like anxiety into my soul and my back would hurt so fucking bad, I’d get out of bed like a grandma and have to do this crazy crack like a cartoon. And I was like already starting off at a deficit. I felt like I was already starting off, anxious, negative, stressed out, overwhelmed and having a lot of body pain.

Lani:
So I’m going to tell you what I do and how I reprogram my subconscious mind while I’m sleeping so girlfriend, you can have it all because if we’re not having fun, what’s the fucking point? So check it out. The first thing that I do is I set an intention before I go to bed. So my partner and I have rituals or routine, whatever word you feel comfortable with. I think the word rituals is so cute, it reminds me of like our cute little witchy ancestors. So we’ve, we connect every single night to something during the day that made us feel really positive and really happy and we do this and it’s not … It doesn’t need to be like a five hour chat.

Lani:
Oh my God. I know us women, we love to freaking beat the dead horse. It’s like, dude, you can get your shit done so fast, so efficient, focus on something really, really positive from your day. So that way I visualize the seed that I plant and it’s like positive love. And then when I sleep at night, it gets watered and the son loves it. And so that way in the morning I bloom with this positivity versus like I don’t have enough, I’m not enough. So that’s step one. Now the second way that I reprogram my subconscious mind while I’m sleeping so I can wake up in the morning feeling like a fucking badass is I actually record in my own voice, I call it a badass journal. And like it actually took me like a few days to create, and it takes me a few hours when I explain to my clients how to do it.

Lani:
So I can’t like tell you the whole exact thing in this video, but the basics of it are, I declare who I am. So it’s like I’m projecting in a future focused Lani, the best case scenario, Lani when she’s fucking accomplished all of these incredible things, all these strong, amazing things. So I actually didn’t know this Lani that you’re seeing right here. When I was waking up negative and having anxiety and when I didn’t reprogram my brain, it was just like the ego survival, just gnarly. I’m not good enough. Totally living in fear, fight or flight. I didn’t know this Lani, but I was like, “Your girl’s going to create one.” So I started noticing it when I would fall asleep to my badass journal. And so I’m saying all these incredible things that I want. Best case scenario, my dreams and visions and hearing it in my own voice.

Lani:
The way that I describe it to my clients is like, it’s like somebody who’s doing sit ups for you in the nighttime. Like you are actually strengthening and reprogramming your subconscious when you sleep. And another, a huge part of this is I had the gnarliest insomnia, like so bad. Even I remember being in eighth grade and being like … I couldn’t sleep. Like I would get so excited or right. Think about something at a gymnastics competition. Like that started when I was really young. Like I couldn’t sleep often. I couldn’t fall asleep. And so then that turned into like, because of anxiety and stress and I just couldn’t get out of my head. I didn’t know how to shut off the negativity. Like I didn’t feel safe. I was just like, “Oh my God, I can’t control this.” And so I was just externalizing my life.

Lani:
Oh my God, this person, that person, that thing, that money. And I just couldn’t get out of my head. And it was really gnarly. I had severe insomnia. When I got out of the abusive marriage, I literally hadn’t slept in months. It was gnarly. I felt awful. So when I started falling asleep to my badass journal, I literally … My insomnia was gone. And I hear this from so many clients that are like, “Oh my God.” Because this is the excuse. Like, “Oh I can’t fall asleep.” I was like, “Did you try? I didn’t fucking think so because I had insomnia too and so did everybody else, and it completely …” It’s crazy how much it helps. So my sleep and of course like I’m going to feel better when I sleep in the morning. So that is this really big, huge, beautiful part of it.

Lani:
Oh my gosh, the sleep and the rest. I wake up so rested, so excited. I jumped out of bed. So that’s cool. But the biggest one that I noticed was I was doing calls and talking to women or women were reaching out to me and in my journal I have goosebumps. I’d say I am a feminine icon, right? Like I am this woman who was healed her sexual trauma. I am a woman who has freaking gotten herself out of an abusive marriage and went from insecure and zero to fucking badass hero wonder woman. I am a feminine icon. I really was embracing this and all of a sudden nothing changed except for me reprogramming while I was sleeping, like I still had my Instagram account. I was still doing my podcast, like nothing changed. I started getting and I’d start speaking to women and they’d be like, “Oh my God, I can’t believe I’m talking to you.” Like, “Oh, like I feel like I’m talking to somebody famous.” Or like, “I can’t believe you’re real.”

Lani:
I remember telling my partner, I’m like, “Holy shit. The only thing that I’ve changed is my badass journal.” And we’re dying laughing. We’re like, “This is amazing.” Like I’ve just created this energy and because everything is energy, when I have embodied this and I’m coming from this energy of like I am, I can, I am love. Like I’m a vessel. It’s not about me. I can share this truth. I didn’t have to call people and say, “I’m a feminine icon.” Or put it in … Win an award and somebody else said it. I just shifted inside. So that one was so awesome and so cool and so fun. So I would love to know in the comments, what is your mantra or your sentence? You can call it a power sentence or a wonder woman sentence. Let’s call it wonder woman sentence.

Lani:
What is your new wonder woman belief that you are going to feel and breathe and say and think before you go to bed so that you can actually start embodying this energy, and just like I did, just like mine was like I’m a feminine icon and then I had women reaching out being like, “Oh my god, you’re a feminine icon.” Like, “Oh, I can’t believe I’m talking to you.” It actually works. I want to know what your new wonder woman thought and belief and energy is that you will plant in your brain, that beautiful seed. So when you sleep it will get watered and loved and you will feel it and you will own it and you’ll start beginning to wake up, and obviously I take action. It’s not like I sit on the couch like this and I’m waiting for somebody to come knock on my door and bring me a freaking lottery ticket.

Lani:
I take action. But before, when I didn’t believe it was possible, there was no … Like, what’s the fucking point? I’m like, “I’m not taking action. What’s the point? I’m a loser. I’m not good enough. I can’t do it anyway.” So being able to actually see the possibilities and know what was that I could and start believing like, “Oh my God, I can do this.” That was the game changer. So I cannot wait for you to start reprogramming your subconscious so you can wake up for best case scenario because sis, it’s nobody wants to wake up fucking miserable and overwhelmed and exhausted and already feel like you’re at a deficit and like trying to catch up all day. That’s miserable.
