It’s impossible to create a plan when we are overwhelmed and exhausted. If you are trying to lose weight and you did no food prepping, I guarantee when you’re tired and the kids are screaming you’re gonna crumble.

So the old excuse “I’ll deal with it later” is a sure way to sabotage yourself.

No need to take this personally. Women are just not wired to have laser focus. Our instinct says do a million things at once, multi-task, take care of everything all at once.

We all know that when we use our energy for things that are not important to us, we have nothing left to give our most sacred and precious goals.

I saw this in myself and I see this in every woman who comes into my program. Afraid to declare what’s important because we don’t believe we can achieve it.

No plan so of course we don’t get what we want.

Over complicating everything because our instinct says BUSY IS BEST.

We do 100 things that don’t need doing right now and abandon the 3 things that would get us to exactly where we want to be.

It’s not a personal problem since every woman who is truly successful must learn these new skills. However, it is up to you.

No one can learn or practice for you.
